Her efforts ensure that everyone receives outstanding support in an environment that values professional excellence and inclusivity. Her journey as a parent to an individual with a disability has enriched her perspective and fueled her dedication to advocacy.
Clinician - Marwa Mohammed Iqbal M.Ads, R.B.A. (Ont.), BCBA
Marwa holds a Master’s in Applied Disability Studies and is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and a Registered Behaviour Analyst in Ontario (RBA (Ont.)), she specializes in supporting children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental disabilities. Known for her warm, play-based approach, she values collaboration with families and cultural inclusivity, adapting her approach to honor each client’s unique identity.
Clinician - Delaney Wright M.Ads, R.B.A. (Ont.), BCBA
Delaney holds a Master’s in Applied Disability Studies with a focus on Applied Behaviour Analysis. As a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and a Registered Behaviour Analyst in Ontario (RBA (Ont.)), she is dedicated to supporting children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disorders using individualized, evidence-based strategies.
Clinician - Nicole Gabany M.A, R.B.A. (Ont.), BCBA
Nicole holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis. With over 8 years of ABA experience supporting children and families, she uses a holistic, evidence-based approach to help clients achieve their goals. As GAIN’s Assessment Coordinator, Nicole reviews and consults on assessment results with families.
Supervised Senior Therapist - Olivia Pollock B.A, ABS
Olivia holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a graduate certificate in Autism and Behaviour Sciences. She is completing her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis and working toward BCBA and RBA certifications. With years of experience, Olivia is dedicated to helping children with autism and developmental disorders gain confidence and essential skills.
Team of Supervised Instructor Therapists
A team of over 23 Supervised Instructor Therapists (ITs) implement programming under the guidance of Registered Behaviour Analysts (RBA), ensuring that all services are delivered according to evidence-based practices and uphold the highest standards of professional oversight.
Training Facility
Our role as a training facility for practicum students from respected institutions—including Brock University, Niagara College, Mohawk College, Fanshawe College, Seneca College, and Algonquin College—directly benefits families by ensuring our centre is infused with the latest research, innovative practices, and enthusiastic new professionals.
