Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)
ABA is a science-based approach that helps increase positive behaviours and reduce challenging ones. It is widely recognized as the most effective, evidence-based treatment for children with
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
At GAIN Learning Centre, ABA is the foundation of our therapeutic model. We use it to:
• Develop individualized goals tailored to each child’s strengths and needs
• Guide interventions that promote meaningful progress
• Support lasting skill development across environments
All direct services are delivered by supervised instructor therapists and overseen by clinical professionals registered with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO),
ensuring the highest standards of care.
The Ontario Autism Program (OAP)
The OAP is a government-funded initiative that helps families of children and youth with Autism access essential services. This includes evidence-based supports like ABA therapy, speech-language services, and other developmental interventions.
As an approved OAP provider, GAIN Learning Centre is proud to offer high-quality ABA services that meet all program requirements. We support families throughout their journey—helping with
paperwork, budget planning, and service coordination to make the process as smooth as possible.

Help at my child’s school
Yes! At GAIN Learning Centre, we work closely with families and school teams to promote consistent learning across environments. Our goal is to ensure that the skills your child builds in therapy
are supported and reinforced at home and in the classroom.
Our clinicians offer school consultations to:
• Support transitions and classroom integration
• Review and contribute to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Build essential skills that promote success across settings
• Foster collaboration between families, educators, and clinical teams
